SERVO & MOTION CONTROL

The controlled relocating of an object to a specific place, that is ‘motion control’. This relocation takes place through one or multiple servo- or vector motor systems with encoder. Installations with motion control are common in industries where robots cannot be employed, but there are parts that need to be moved.

For instance in the packaging industry and at the production of fairground attractions. By making use of a Technology PLC or by using Siemens Scout, I make sure that objects are moved from place A to place B in an exact manner. From extremely precise positioning to on-the-fly modification execution. That is motion control and that is one area of my specialities.
